Objective of Alumni of IUA
Sudan has always remained a center of excellence in
education before British time. A Muslim
religious scholar and saint, established a school of higher learning in
theology in International University of Africa; where scholars from all over
the world came for studies and research. International University of Africa has maintained its central position and
centuries old cultural heritage and therefore suited ideally to become a center
of learning.
Between 1977 and 1986 the establishment
of Islamic African Center was accomplished and its administration and
system were settled and started to bear its fruits in the form of
hundred of Graduates.The Center could accommodates 800 students and the
standard of studies was promoted to second level by setting up two
collages
.
The International university of Africa Alumni is established with the following aims and objectives,
- To promote communication between old students and the University
- To support the University’s mission of imparting quality education to the youth of Africa through its alumni.
- To encourage the Alumni to take an active and abiding interest in the work and progress of the University so as to contribute towards enhancement of the social utility of their Alma Mater.
- To generate a Brain Bank of professionals from amongst the alumni and provide services for the benefit of University and its students in general.
- To organize and establish scholarship funds to help needy and deserving students.
To develop a permanent network that keeps students connected with each other
and the University through special events.
